Not very friendly.. food was not fresh ! On top of that food was cold ..I would not recommend this place .

I ordered the tandoori chicken, over cooked and dry. Saffron rice too much seasoning. Plain naan bread overly cooked and burnt . I will not return to Ambrosia. Avatar Indian grill in Salinas will continue being my Indian food go to place. Have to say though, dal & spinach soup was the best I've had ever @ Ambrosia. 😋

I will have to get the biryani next time and see, biryani usually isn't saucy.
Linda, we are open seven days a week from 11:30- 2:30 and re open at 5 except we are closed on some major holidays.
