Not onsite parking. MSC does not open until 8am*there is a gate with a call box to access the guards. Shipping is in front of the building and receiving is in back. My arrival was 7:30am*I was let through gate 8am*I used the phone in receiving area to call guard to call someone to receiving for me & waited for check in until 8:20am**2 local drivers who arrived AFTER me were unloaded 1st, after the 3rd local driver arrived, got checked in & unloaded, it was finally mu turn @ 8:50 am, just for employee's to take their 9:30 am break. Finally at 10am & less than 1/2 a trailer later I got the green light I was unloaded. Walked back to receiving & BOL was stuck in a window waiting for me. This was my 1st delivery so maybe today was an off day(?) OR maybe this is an everyday work day.

Truck drivers they don’t open until 8Am so. Don’t come before that they won’t let you in

First of all I'm lucky I was able to catch Jared the night shift manager walking in when he was. I needed a tap and did not know the process of ordering. Not only did he work with me at the front counter, he went back and forth to the back multiple times to make sure I had the correct size. This isnt even his job nor did he have to help me. This is unheard of customer service and this guy needs a raise!. Top notch work Jared, keep it up.

this place is terrible to their workers they made me get vaccinated for covid and on my third day at work i got sick tested positive for covid they had made me leave that day and told me I could come back when my symptoms went away and i sent proof over to the temp service of my covid results and doctors note when i went to go back to work they told me my contract had ended which should be completely illegal so as a single mom to a toddler it really put me behind on my bills i almost lost everything thanks to this company, dont work for them!!!!
