Pudge Sandoval came out for a service call recently and was courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better tech. He knows his stuff and was also forthcoming with some east maintenance advice that I haven’t seen Anlin publish in any text.

Unbelievable service and quality. I had all my windows and doors replaced 15 years ago and have recommended Alin over 10 times and everyone comes back singing praises. This is a first rate company with great prices. We had a latch break and they had a replacement but since it was 15 years old and past the warranty I figured I was out of luck. If it was another company I am sure they would tell me to get lost. Not Anlin because they consider a customer once is a customer forever they said they could ship the part. Joe McPhetridge of Anlin was so helpful searching our records and offered great advice as I indicated I was handy and could install myself. They offered to ship next day and by the weekend it was installed and working great. Joe is a great asset to a great company. If you want great windows at a great price deal with a company that stands behind their products. Save yourself a lot of time and worry if the company will be there in 10 or 20 years. Call Anlin Windows and forget the rest. **** This is an addition to prior post. I had a minor part break after 15 years. I called Anlin and 2 min later they confirmed my order a shipped the part at no cost under a lifetime warranty. They are still the best Walter Dean Carlsbad CA

This company and its installers( American Vision Windows) have been the BEST ,from day 1!! Any time I've needed something, bent screen door, rail tracks, etc.....this company's service department goes above and beyond on all their work. Anna helped us out with some pricing, Ryan Day, has been here to replace broken screen door, and he'll be here again to replace some glass. The quality of service and the kindness that goes with it.......well, there aren't enough good words to say. Anlin windows are the BEST!!! As is their team!!

We, too, have experienced the excellent customer service afforded by this company. Our sincere thanks to Ricardo Vega, Field Supervisor of Consumer Services for his immediate attention to a repair need we possessed. He immediately verified the part needed and then mailed to us, immediately, not one but three similar parts for our other sliding doors should WE break another part of the mortise lock set. Tremendous customer service reaction to our need and proactive service to a possible future need. And, these parts came within two days at no cost to us for a problem we created! Anlin Window Systems understands what great customer service is for sure! There are good reasons why their reviews are 5 star!!
