I'm extremely disappointed. I have been trying to call for the last 2 days to find out the status of my loved one. No one from this facility picks up the phone. I have called 6 times today. I've only had that phone answered once with the promise to call me back. I am still waiting to find out if my loved one is OK. It's frustrating and hard enough to have to put someone in a rehabilitation center but to be excommunicated from them it's harder

About 90% of the time when you phone, there is no answer. Failure to answer the phone would have been annoying pre-COVID. Now it’s frightening. Shame on them.

They deserve 0 stars. Abusive and arrogant staff left my grandma for hours without help. She needs to yell and cry for someone to come to her. When requesting food with her dietary restrictions they brought her pork! This place needs to be shut down!!!! Stay far far away.

I took my mother to this dreadful place directly from Cedars Sinai, and what a gigantic mistake it was. This place is an unjustly glorified and grossly understaffed nursing home. Understaffed might not be a correct description, as they have great number of staff members who are involved in sales, in billing, and record maintenance to support billing functions, but what they do not have are the staff members who would take care of the sick people. They don't have enough nurses, they don't have enough orderlys to take care of the patients. Poor souls can press their red emergency summons buttons until they deficate in their beds, but nobody will show up for upto 3 hours to take them to the bathroom. They will falsify records to state that response time is under 20 minutes (they consider 20 minutes as an acceptable energency responce time, but patients would be better off calling 911, as fire department would be there in 5). As I have personally witnessed, response time is in excess of 40 minutes, and that is only after I have personally made demands at the nursing station for a response. More typical response time is 1-2 hours. Sign on the outside door states that new owners took control of the place on April 15, 2021, so I assume they need to expedite their profits/returns to make up for the high price which such facility probably demands. They appear to hire exclusively workers from Philippines, as these workers are happy with substandard wages, and of course provide service commensurate with such wages. How in the world does Medicare didn't inspect this place, and didn't shut it down is beyond comprehension (and I have a degree from UCLA, so I am not the dumbest of the bunch, and I am capable of making conclusions based on facts, not emotions ). Perhaps owners know how to bribe the inspectors from Medicare, or know how to fool them, but there is no other explanation. Perhaps these inspectors are suffering from Covid side effects, and are immune to severe smell of human excrement coming from some rooms for an extended period of time. It's hard to speculate, but if your dear ones are really DEAR to you, take them somewhere else, or hire a private therapist to come to your home, and a caretaker, if you can afford one. Of course, if you can't afford one, then may God have mercy on those who you leave to the mercy of the owners of the Beverly Hills rehab. P.S. social workers at Cedars Sinai are likely on a take from these people, as they try to convince patients to choose this facility over the much better facility in Century City.
