If I could give it less than one star I would. Awful experience, people seem to have no sense of urgency and each patient seen can take up to 1.5 hours, which is a lot even if one or two people are ahead of you. From start to finish my appointment took 6 hours which is absolutely ridiculous. They give you fake hours as well, theyβll tell you 8 am but they really open at 7, but donβt start physicals (for anyone that needs one) until 8 or 9, which is also such a huge and unacceptable range considering they close their physicals at 10 or 11 depending on how many people need it.

I was surprised at how the receptionist felt the need to continually vocalize how they were short staff and that my wait would be long. I waited to have a physical and a chest X-ray done. I waited for over an hour only for them to let me know that I could not receive my x-ray that day because it was 1:55pm and the x-ray tech was leaving at 2pm. I arrived at 12:30pm. π€¦πΎββοΈ. I went back to have my x-ray done and eventho there werenβt many people waiting that morning, I was still there for at lease an hour and a half. I feel like even though staffing has been short handed world wide, there is still a way to communicate effectively with patients to reassure them that you are considering their time as well as them as a priority. Very unprofessional and unorganized! The staff in the back who does all of the exams were very pleasant and proceeded to get things done in a timely manner.

I had such a great experience with reception. Literally the best ever. Unfortunately it was sour grapes when dealing with Jaime. I was berated and treated so poorly. It was difficult to provide a urine specimen because he wanted the whole cup filled. It was my first time and he sure didn't care. He kicked me out of the restroom too. I'm still in shock π²

Although it took a couple of hours in and out the 8th St. location was far more organized and superior than my previous experience at the same company in Phoenix Arizona where I waited 3.5 hours. The staff here in Los Angeles was professional and courteous through and through. There were bottles of water and snacks, multiple restrooms and underground parking in the building which was within a few blocks of the freeway.

It's the neighborhood, In Google maps streetview, It doesn't look half bad... The facilities are fine, a surprise really! ... A shorter wait time than most busy ER's... The sidewalks further up the street, have literally become glutted with homeless people ... Pup tents up and down the sidewalks, trash everywhere...It's reached epidemic proportions... Sad really! Jesus, save these people out of this horrible existence...Guide their paths, by your Holy Spirit, to facilities that are able to actually help them to get off the street... Give them the desire to want a better life... In Jesus name, amen...
