Very surprised at the 4 and 5 star reviews.. Where do I even start? Dense, weird aftertaste, too sweet, easily the worst cupcake I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. Just so nasty. Walmart sells better.

Terrible customer service! I went to get 3 dozen of cupcakes and the lady was so rude said I couldn't order that many cupcakes there and then. She told I had to do online and come pick up the next day. The lady wasn't even nice about it. She was extremely rude. I went to a different sprinkles and had no problem it's always this location giving me problems. Never coming back here.

Probably one of my newest favorites, Sprinkles has by far one of the best tasting cupcakes I have tried in U.S. The cupcakes are always fresh, moist, and addictive . The service at this particular location was not stellar, as the attendant and her manager were not friendly, however the product is worth ordering online. Great taste with excellent service could pair greatly together, but for now I’ll continue to enjoy these scrumptious delicacies .

The cupcakes are amazing here. I love the depth of flavor they are able to accomplish along with the creativity and execution of the cake it self. It was moist and the texture was on point. These are definitely the best cupcakes I have ever had and I will be back! Not to mention the customer service was stellar as well. It was a total win for me coming here.
