I bought a two up Kendon Trailer and it was delivered just before Christmas. Looking back, the good reviews I read seems to be older models. The trailer had tape and protective material all over it. I noticed a few scratches when bringing off the truck but did not think it would be that big of a deal. After I removed all of the tape and packing materials in my garage it had several issues. Fenders bent, many scrapes, missing T bolts, dings. Kendon sent me replacement fenders and some paint. They also promised to give me $200 back and said the trailer will operate fine since I was concerned about using it. I was told there are not alignment adjustments that could be done. It took several emails (leaving messages for them does not get a response) and starting the process to have my credit card company do a chargeback before I was given the credit. I don't blame staff. Xavier seemed to be as helpful as he could be from what I could see. I also have called trying to get technical information about tire clearance from the fender frame. It only has 3/16 to 1/4 inch and I just want to make sure it is safe to operate. I always am sent to voicemail and who knows if I will get a call back since they never did on other items. The product still looks solid and I hope it works as promoted so I don't need to continue to deal with this company. I would not buy any product from them again and wish I had sent it back. Within moments of posting a bad review on Yelp they responded. Their customer service is a main reason why they get a 1 star. Food for thought. If someone at Kendon would start answering the phone for customer issues it may help prevent bad reviews. Once I ordered they have been consistent about not responding.

After weeks of trying to educate myself on motorcycle tow trailers I decided to go with the Kendo Go Series ride on trailer. Towing a 30k Harley had me a bit intimidated to say the least. Can I tow will the Subaru, can I hookup the electric, did I get the proper tow bar, can I ride up and back out myself. Just a few of the questions whirling in my head. I spoke with Javier more than a few times as well as emailed. Straight up professional every time. Even with some of my maybe more common sense questions. I have no hesitation recommending Kendon. You can see how easily it fits in my garage.

The build quality and attention to detail is outstanding! And so is customer service, especially Ryan. I have emailed questions on weekend evenings expecting an answer on Monday, but instead received an immediate reply. He also went way beyond normal effort to get my trailer delivered quickly.

After weeks and weeks of detailed research I finally decided on the Kendon BB207RU (Dual folding Motorcycle Trailer). It had all of the attributes that I wanted and even a few extra features that made it the perfect choice for me. I first attempted to locate the exact model locally in Central Florida but no one had one. I then phoned Kendon directly and was connected to Rich Siebert. As unbelievable as it sounded, he offered free shipping from California to my residence here in Florida--this was extremely impressive. I purchased/ordered the trailer on Thursday 02-Mar-2017. On Thursday 09-Mar-2017 the shipping company delivered the trailer directly to me. The entire week leading up to the delivery, Rich remained in constant contact with me. He provided various instruction documents and daily tracking status. Upon arrival, the trailer was in perfect condition and the trucking company set it down exactly where I requested it. Better yet, it only required minutes, not hours, of packaging removal, tire and tail light installation--I did it completely by myself. I am going to get the trailer plated prior to loading up 2 of my favorite bikes for a test and checkout. Overall, at this point in ownership, I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of the quality and customer service I have received. I would also highly recommend this product to a friend. I plan on writing a follow-up review once I have taken my first spring trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Kim, With the Ride-Up models it's not a big issue because the weight of the bike compresses the suspension of the trailer when loading and creates a flat loading surface vs. having an apex like on our non-ride up models. If you have your bike lowered, then it would be good to test first, but still should not be a problem.
Yes, as long as it is a 2003 and newer trailer a retrofit kit we have available will convert the trailer from push up operation to a ride-up trailer. It is a direct bolt on kit that replaces the back half of the trailer along with ramps. Unfortunately if the trailer is 2002 or older the kits will not work as the design was drastically different.
Thank you. We'll look into this, Richard. Normally the shipping cost is displayed in the cart and at checkout on the right side of the screen where you can select the shipping method (ex. UPS Ground/UPS Next Day/Etc.). Thanks again.
