Good experience here! Got in at opening time on a Tuesday and they were able to work on my car right away. Came in for just an oil change and tire rotation, but the owner noticed a possible alignment issue and gave me a heads up so he could check it and see if I wanted it aligned. He then showed me the issue along with the numbers and confirmed if I wanted to get it fixed. I’m glad he didn’t just go ahead and do things without my consent. Great, friendly service. He also noticed I was working on my laptop and offered me his desk to work from. Estimated $70 for full synthetic oil change on my 2015 Lexus IS250, and $90 for the alignment. Not bad. The inside has free coffee, tea, and soda to enjoy while you wait.

One Way Auto Repair is highly recommended by America’s Tire after buying my 4 tires from them . Called One way and was told to come in. No appointment necessary. Mark is accommodating and took my car right away. Excellent service. The place is clean and have a nice waiting area with TV and coffee. I would definitely come back and will refer my friends for their friendly and great customer service. !!! 5 Stars across the board.

We feel so blessed to have found this shop. Marco the owner took very good care of us and he was very transparent and honest with his advice as well as the work that they do. I don't trust just anyone with my vehicles so finding Marco and his shop was definitely meant to be. My husband and will definitely be lifelong customers of this shop, they've earned it for sure. Highly recommend anyone to One Way auto repair, especially for brake services. They made my car feel like brand new. Thank you Marco and everyone at the shop!!

I came for a brake change and was helped with in a timely manner. There is a waiting room for you to wait while they’re working on your car with comfortable seats. The mechanic helped me find out additional problems with my vehicle and offered to help fix it as well. Overall staff was friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. Will come back for future services :)
