Incredible service at this location! I was a bit weary after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was absolutely amazing here. I worked with Kelly and Karina, and they were the two sweetest and friendliest young ladies ever! Kelly was extremely knowledgable about the Orange County area and gave me some good recommendations, and Karina made sure I was taken care of after I forgot to fill the tank. They personally came with me to the car and gave me the rundown of everything. Give these two ladies raises! We had a Nissan Altima that was spotless and drove like a dream. This was my first Enterprise rental and I will continue to use them in the future!

Horrible booking experience. Nobody mans their desk. You have to call and they send someone to the hotel to help. We waited over 30 minutes and no one answered the phone and/or showed up to help us with our RESERVATION. you would think someone would be here to help with a scheduled RESERVATION. Also it says to call a number and click option 4 but there is no option 4 to select from.

Really easy from start to finish. Price was great for how late I booked it. Philip was really helpful in check in. At other places I've felt really upsold and prices weren't transparent but that was absolutely not the case in this instance. Return was a breeze and everyone working was so sweet. Definitely coming back
