The ladies are nice, the guy seems a little "on edge" or preoccupied. Prices are ok, not the greatest, but I have seen other places have the same items much higher.

I visited Galls on yesterday to pick up a few items for my job. Also I returned some equipment because of the wrong size in my initial order. The place is so nice and well put together, however, I feel as if I was rushed because of my ethnicity. The customer service representative was good at her job, but made me fee quite l uncomfortable. When asked while she was squaring me away, did I want to checkout or continue shopping, I said no I will get the things I need some other time or just order it. You know when you feel unwelcomed. Mind you, it were a few African Americans in the store, but they were more than likely frequent customers. But shouldn't we all get the same treatment everytime? I've retired from Corrections, ex military and a veteran,.and done business with Galls for decades, and have been in Security for over 38 years and have never felt this way before. Overall wonderful store.
