Stopped by looking for a Miele vacuum cleaner, specifically one of the red HomeCare ones that are only sold at authorized Miele dealers, and ended up purchasing a Miele C3 HomeCare canister vacuum cleaner! The gentlemen that helped me (His name is Jacob according to my receipt that I was given) was incredibly friendly & helpful when helping me decide which vacuum cleaner that I should go with and gave me a great price on my old vacuum cleaner that I traded in!

So I purchased a Dyson V7 in late 2020, after adopting my first kittens. I have wood floors, so I do vacuum everyday to pick up the litter. I took my Dyson into Osseo Vacuum this week to have them clean it for me. I did pick it up today and he even showed me how to take it apart myself to clean it. Once home, I decided to vacuum. I was extremely impressed with how much better my Dyson was working. I never had the suction like it has now. I felt if the vacuum could suck up my wood floors, it would. I will be taking my other Dyson in for a cleaning and plan to use them again.

Hi Wendy, Yes, we do repair Kirby vacuums. Our service rates for Kirby start at $49.99. Many times Kirby vacuums can be repaired affordably and will extend the life for many years. Stop in when you get a chance.
