Anytime we are in Monterey we always stop by here to say a prayer for our family to make sure our family stays healthy. Just feel so blessed to be in the presence of this wonderful cathedral

Fr. Jerry Maher is the pastor, or head priest. He's not a bishop, but retired Bishop Ryan is in residence and does a few masses here and there.

Yes, but no. They have a Mass designated as Midnight Mass, except it’s at 9:30. However, it “runs” just like a Midnight Mass.
