This place used to be good and helpful, but has since slipped down into the realm of frustration and poor service. They don’t actually utilize the digital appointment system offered online and in-app, so when you reserve an appointment time online and show up to the store they do not acknowledge it and offer little to no customer service/solution to make up for the inconvenience caused. Yes, the people there are nice, but the shop itself is mismanaged when it comes to communication and managing client expectations on appointments and service repair time. I’ve always trusted Firestone as a company and will continue to do so, but I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

This shop has shown the best expertise and customer service I could ever ask for! Every one from the operator to the welcome desk attendant and the manager are so eager to help you, they literally set the benchmarks for expertise and customer satisfaction. I’ve been going there for 10 years. My wife recently had a piece of metal in her tire, they advised her to patch it and did not charge her. My wife is no expert and another shop might easily have take advantage of the situation, and sold her a new one. On the other hand I had a shrapnel in the sidewall (borderline) and they honestly recommended to replace it. Very professionally - I knew that, I worked for a tire manufacturer for 12 years. More good things to say about scheduling. They are always on time for our appointments and will call you when your vehicle is ready… they even work Sundays. Literally the best automotive shop I’ve ever been to.

Asked someone over the phone about doing a quick tire rotation and was told they are scheduling new appointments next week Tuesday and today is a Tuesday. I've been to other firestone locations with short staffing and more efficiency. Try to be better guys.
