Had home windows replaced. Order placed with 12 week lead time and still arrived late. Technicians broke numerous items in my house and left the job incomplete. When the office was contacted, they acted angry that I had the audacity to expect the job to be completed correctly and that I was upset that the technicians broke items in my home. Two weeks have passed an no resolution has been completed.
