Still the best fast food in town! Who else sells banana shakes? The lines move way more smooth now that the left side of the drive thru is used for delivery drivers.

I agree. He needs to go! Also, if you close the second lane block it and don’t let people use it. He made me go back around so, I lost my place in line. So, frustrating I just left. Wanted to tell him to put up a sign or block drive through, but he wouldn’t even come to window and speak to me. Very rude individual!

Went to Rally's today. Tired to place an order . Was not successful due to the RUDENESS OF THE WANNABE FABULOUS GHETTO CLOWN WITH THE PINK EYESHADOW working drive thru between 1:45 PM - 2:00 PM. Was not given time to look over the menu board.

I would call the corporate office. That's poor management for that one. The last time I was there 5:00 PM didn't have an issue. Good luck.

they had fans in the window and called the cops because i wanted my receipt saying your refunding my money so i did get loud after that and waited for the cops the woman was yelling at her staff sweat dripping all in the food it was gross
