I came to Firestone on Arrowood Road in January 2021 to replace a tire. I bought a new tire for the back driver side. Then I come back today July 17, 2021 to replace the front driver side tire. They tell me I have the wrong size tire on my car. ALL 4 are the wrong size. The said THEY HAVE TO LOOK INTO WHO PUT THE WRONG TIRE ON and they can put a new tire on but for more money😡🤬

The team there are very nice and honest in explaining what's going on with your vehicle. They took care of my car & my dad's car. I wish the company as a whole had senior citizens discount for the elderly.

Ladies & gentlemen, (mostly for the ladies) : this place it's absolutely wonderful. Great service, great team, great work and great prices. I've been in many places before and have been upcharged solely because I'm a woman - and yes I've had my guy friends come in after me and get an estimate that is WAY cheaper then what I got told. I know this is a problem and I know many women run into this and I just want to say that not once have I been to firestone and had a problem at all with this. I get fair prices AND trusted work on my car. I believe the managers name is Francisco and he's the absolute sweetest and honest person I've come across. He takes the time to answer all questions and explain to me everything that's been done, will be done, and needs to be done (I don't know much about cars so that's my problem) on my car. He even mentioned comtacting me before a new sale coming up just so I can get my alignment done for cheaper!! Thank y'all for all your services and services to come. Y'all have been too good to me Firestone!
