Originally tried to schedule an appointment online. Seems that online scheduling has nothing to do with actual appointment availability. I had to call to make an appointment. When I was checked out the clerk did not show me an itemized receipt. Upon my review of the emailed receipt, I realized that I was charged for a service that I did not receive. So I called back and was told that only a manager can reverse a charge, but they weren’t available for another two days. So not a good experience with this place.

We took our car in for a basic oil change. While putting the oil plug back in the drain pan, Firestone damaged the bolt threads on the oil pan, resulting in the oil pan having to be replaced at $950. Firestone said this was the result of a car with higher miles. Took it to the dealer to have it repaired and they confirmed the damage was done when putting the bolt back on by Firestone. Firestone denied the bolt was possibly cross threaded or over torqued.

Over the weekend was my first time at this location. The service was quick and the customer service was great. I will return again in the future and recommend this location to others.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation. I also got a voice-mail letting us know we can come earlier. When we arrived, the front desk lady is on a phone for 30 minutes. Can't find us in the system now and lost 3 hours of my day. Told us we should have called to make and appointment. Don't offer online option for appointment if you can't promise them.
