This is a VERY politically polarized office with right-wing nutjobs as employees. UPS is publicly known to support and donate to extremist right wing organizations and ideals. And this office is such an obvious example of how they discriminate in their hiring process in order to hire right wing nut jobs with similar ideologies as their own. Anytime you walk in, you hear the employees whining about how horrible & liberal California is and blah blah blah blah. Stay away.. Oh and the customer service from the two or three female Karens that currently work here is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They'll make rude remarks to your face if they think you packed something wrong. Also heard the employees shaming a guy for wearing a mask and social distancing. Perhaps UPS corporate should tell their extremist employees to keep their conservative nutjob opinions to themselves and let people do whatever is best for them. Can’t believe the media hasn’t picked up on what UPS is blatantly doing.

Not happy with UPS. My package was reschedule 4th time today. They put attempted delivery but nobody 4x and said they tried to deliver it. I am at home 1 week for this package. I have camera and doorbell outside. I reviewed my camera no UPS driver attempted to deliver my package. This is for business and making me loose money. Not happy at all. And very shady UPS. I filed a complaint and double check my address and everything is correct. Go with FedEx not UPS,

Hey robin I'm sorry that happened to you, when they told you the time between that they were gonna be there did u call after that time and let them know that the driver never showed. That way 1 of 2 things will happen, either the driver will show or the driver will get in trouble for not doing his job.
I do have it , but says same thing incorrect address that's all doesn't let me do anything else it was a order from Best buy I called them as well but said they couldn't help me thanks anyway I'm go to the store tomorrow
Same thing here only 2 days in a row it showed arriving that day by 9. Stayed home all day. NOTHING. Great weather (summer in California) and no emergencies. Just a lie
Next time you order something you stay on the phone Intel you get a conformation from who you order from that they put your address and apt # on your order. This used to happen to me Intel I talked to someone about it

Not sure what you mean by commercial invoice. If it's an invoice for the shipment you're sending to a customer, I would either email or mail the correct one to them. If you need to contact ups, I would call them.

Do UPS customer service location Anaheim is an excellent place to drop off large or oversized packages or anything that might not be convenient to bring to a traditional UPS store or it might be too much for the driver to pick up on the truck if you want to pick up from your home.
While 6 is their closing time, they do open their doors at 7 O'Clock for a half hour to accept shipment drop offs (to go out the following day) and to fulfill call tags.

When the package tracking states the package has arrived at the ups facility yes. They hold the " hold for pickup " packages separately with your name in large print. They sometimes require ID.
This location does not provide notary service. You need a ups store, not hub.
