I do have it , but says same thing incorrect address that's all doesn't let me do anything else it was a order from Best buy I called them as well but said they couldn't help me thanks anyway I'm go to the store tomorrow
Maybr they can't make delivery on time, so they use this status to justify delay.
Same with me. I live in apartment complex, seems driver doesn't want to look for my unit. Just leaves notice that they couldn't deliver. This is new issue..lived here 10 years and am home during the day.
With incorrect addresses UPS usually holds the package as it is "undeliverable" and you will need proof of purchase and ID to reclaim. Usually they should tell you which center to go to. Please go to the UPS center for your area and check ASAP as UPS does not hold packages indefinately. I deal with these guys on a daily basis.
