There is a dump station but I believe it is for the rv owners only
You can park just about any RV, trailer,toy hauler, personal vehicle, recreational vehicles,work trucks, boats with covers,or with out,down to buses heavy construction equipment the parking area is well secure have 24-hour security plus surveillance cameras that are monitored 24/7 and they also have 24-hour gate repair company available in case anything goes wrong with the gates,well-lit place,people are very friendly and it's very clean,very happy storing our toy hauler there,
