Hey robin I'm sorry that happened to you, when they told you the time between that they were gonna be there did u call after that time and let them know that the driver never showed. That way 1 of 2 things will happen, either the driver will show or the driver will get in trouble for not doing his job.
Maybe you gave them the wrong address. I've had good results using them, most of the time. Besides that, you made a statement - this quorum is for posting questions.
Call UPS Make sure you have your tracking number. Enter the tracking number into Google and select "track with ups." It will tell you your package status Packages should be scanned upon delivery. If you did not pick up they should be able to tell you where it is, where to pick up, and what paperwork and ID to have on you.
