This post is long overdue. I've had this mattress for almost 6 months now and I am still in awe. Jackie G. was amazing to work with from start to finish. I toured a few different Mattress Firm locations and her customer service and attention to the customers needs was impeccable and beat them all! I am truly thankful for her and the entire experience. The sales person was very kind and patient with us. She took the time to explain all the details about each mattress and was a very good educational experience. Needless to say we did purchase what we were looking for and will look forward to sleeping in our new bed.
