Worst experience ever. We ordered 4 tires and had them do an install and alignment on a Thursday. They kept the car for hours and I had to call at closing time to see if it was ready. When we picked it up it had a strange noise while driving it that got worse. I called them first thing Saturday morning to let them know I needed them to repair whatever the issue was they created as I was scheduled to drive out of state in a couple of hours. They told me they were booked and could not deal with it. They finally relented and agreed to review their work. They gave the car back to us after keeping it over 2 hours again on Saturday morning. The sound was worse. We called another tire dealer and as my husband was taking it there for another opinion the back driver’s side tire essentially came off in heavy moving traffic. Only one lug left and the hub was completely damaged. The car had to be towed to another tire dealer who ordered new tires and fixed everything that Mavis screwed up. The tire coming off in moving traffic could have seriously injured him and/or others. We incurred significant costs to fix what they did, including airfare for my travel. They only just got around to refunding their work yesterday (almost 3 weeks later) after multiple calls to them, and have not reimbursed the other costs incurred including towing and repair. The customer service is horrific. They have passed this off through multiple people and each claim to not know what the other person has said or promised or asked. I have never written a bad review of any business, but this was a serious safety issue that they have zero care or concern about. I would never use this company again.

Just finished up getting my rear tires changed with the Pineville location for Mavis, and I can say I was genuinely surprised by how welcoming and helpful the staff here was, specifically CC and Tim. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of like I have with other mechanics, or trying to be pushed to pay more for something I did not need. They got everything done extremely quickly and effectively as well! Highly recommend them and will be back for all my car needs! Note: Didn’t get a chance to say thank you to Tim for helping me out, if you’re reading this I appreciate you my man

Been looking for a reasonable shop for service for my vehicles. Needed a couple of tires, alignment, oil change. Had an appointment, but that didn't help. My fault because I didn't schedule for the first slot, chose an hour after opening and a bunch of walk-ins got ahead of me. I learned from that. Now, the service was excellent. No upsetting. It was my wife's car and she was very pleased so I am, too. Pricing was reasonable, certainly not out of line. Another nice thing is their hours, very long. My first time, but won't be my last. Four stars because I did think the wait was excessive.

I came here to get new tires in November and had recently just got a flat tire in the beginning of December luckily I purchased the warranty and was able to get it fixed for free. Unfortunately for me when I received my car back the next day the light for my tire pressure and alarm that tells me I have a flat tire was still on and come to find out they put my spare tire in the trunk of my car with nothing covering it along with all of my belongings that were in a compartment in the back (which they didn’t put back) and left the cord to hold the spare tire under my car hanging. And when I went to ask them about it the gentleman told me he wasn’t the one who worked on my car so he couldn’t help me due to him working on another truck !!!! I had to come back the next day for someone to finally put my tire back and turn off all my lights this was really inconvenient for me to have to come back for the third time for a simple fix. Thanks to Timothy for fixing my car asap when I arrived. Which his employees should’ve done the first time.
