Bad,really Bad.I bought 2new front tires.Need to fix front axle before alignment.The mechanic check the truck and then parking the truck in parking lot.When I asked the price for fix it.First price:$3000,I say yes.Then give me second price:4000,I say yes.Then give me another price:$5000.I say yes.Then the man told me:the mechanic does not want to fix your truck.I asked why?The answer was:too much job.Was really ridiculous.I have the money for pay it.No serious people.Never more!!

Horrible people run this shop. They are rude and use foul language and politics. They were slow and didn’t even touch half the tires, had to come back after the truck was not safe to drive and vibrating. Left with broken parts I had to go somewhere else to fix out of pocket. Would never go back again, don’t waste your money go somewhere else.

I have been doing business with them for years. Usually just have somebody take it down there. And I've always talk with Brian on a phone.. And I mean years. So I didn't get the chance to go down there this week. And delivered A vehicle myself. So I got to look around the place. It is really amazing what they work on and what they put out. The size of the tires. Some of them are so big I cannot stand inside am I feet touch the bottom in my hands touch the top. But the tour was awesome. Anyway doing business there is so easy. It's pretty lips drop it off let them diagnose it and take care of it very easy operation. And quick. Thank you McCarthy's. It has been such a pleasure doing business with you.
