Fairly decent sized store with a good variety of merchandise. Gave four stars because only one register was open and we had to wait in line for a long time.

I couldn't believe what a mess this store was! Hard to find things and looked like a tornado hit it. I have no idea what's going on but you may want to find another location!

This is a nice clean store and everyone there seems nice and helpful, and if you didn't know Big Lots up their game several years ago.

I am updating my review from 4 years ago from 3 stars down to 1 star. I thought I would give the store another chance and I remember why I'm not a regular shopper. I do like the Big Lots chain, but my experiences at this location have always fallen between lackluster to downright horrible. The shelves are completely disorganized and if you can find an employee to assist you, they have always been disengaged, at best, to rude, at worst. Save yourself the frustration and find an alternative store is my suggestion.
