I went to the Rosemont Target after going to WAY too many Targets in search of a toy for my son that we have been waiting for all summer to come out! Ms. Mona at the costumer service desk gave me just that, the BEST costumer service. I have never met a Target employee so thoughtful and helpful as her. And trust me, I shop at Target a lot. She sat on the phone with me for almost 30 minutes (all while working with costumers face to face) to guarantee that what I was looking for was in stock and would be worth my 30 minute drive to their location. I appreciated her so much and what she did meant a lot to me. Thank you Ms. Mona, Target you’re lucky to have her!

I placed a pick up order at 10:30 this morning and it’s now 3:30pm and it’s still not ready. I came to the store thinking maybe they had a computer issue and was told they are running 15 hours behind! Why continue to take pick up orders if you can’t fulfill them in the 2 hour window? The woman who answered the phone was nice but that still doesn’t change the fact that their is one kid bringing out orders and they have no idea when mine will be ready.

Store is big and has a large parking lot, I stopped by to get essentials and they had what I wanted. It was during the week so not a lot of people. Store is organized and they have self checkout for convenience. They have most things from furniture to clothing and everything in between.

This place is dangerously my home away from home. How can you not love Target? But this location in particular is extra great because there's a Starbucks at the entrance. Grab a cup to energize yourself before your impromptu $100 shopping trip.
