We came in at 7pm to exchange my son’s pair of shoes and we were told their system was down. You know it was an outright lie since all the other cashiers were processing orders. Came to realize as we were near the door that they were closing early and didn’t want to get their system up and running again. What was very frustrating was that according to their website, store hours are till 8pm. Called twice the next day to make sure that they will be accepting exchanges that day and was on HOLD both times for over 20 minutes, nobody picked up the phone again. Terrible customer service.
