Never shopping at Coach again. For starters no one spoke to me once I enter the store. They were all standing around like mannequins were conversing with each other. I had to walk up to a guy and ask him for when I need it. The icing on the cake that made this a horrible experience is when I went to exchange the shoes that I Purchased online. The sales clerk said the shoes would be an even exchange however, I had to pay the difference in taxes. That means that it wasn’t an even exchange. Not sure why I would have to pay taxes on something that I’ve already paid taxes on. In essence I had to pay $11 to exchange a pair of shoes that I purchased online. I’m done with Coach.

I purchased earrings online that I want to return due to not being comfortable and too large. Can I return them to any coach store for a refund. It will cost me more than what I paid, $50.00 to send them back.

I don't think so as they are an outlet store. There is full Coach store in Oakbrook.
