Customer service is below average. The sales persons feel like they do not care about what you need or try to help you in any way.
Very little effort in helping.
Also we were in line to get in the store for around 30 min and I left to go buy water and came back to the line with my partner and they had us going back to the end of the line for it.
I really don’t think it was worth the price for the service you get..

Maria Salerno & Sheetal Patel have help me so much to find the perfect gifts for my mom and for my self the staff is friendly and kind. I don't mind waiting for hours when you getting a good service it doesn't matter because their good service makes it worth waiting🥰

They sell you mens t shirts. Don't recall seeing any children's clothing,
No, but if they don't have it in the store they can find it for you, they are usually a season or two behind. Good selection on belt, sunnies and shoes. Great mens section, ladies is lacking.
Still too much and they dont have the logo graphic tshirts that everyone is wearing. More like the past seasons collections and they are still $$$. Its a good place for shoes, belts, maybe a bag though for a chunk less than retail.
Love this outlet. Better to go and see what they have, they will help you out via phone if they're not super busy (call during a weekday, theres a line out the door on the weekends)
