Warm bodies. There is always 1 kind and helpful person and then there is everyone else. Its like a temp staffing store. The employees do not plan to stay and it shows in their customer service, attitude and overall low energy level.

Mother in law bought a grill and they mislead her on delivery. We finally had to pick it up. Managers never call back. Had a sliding door last year from same location. Parts missing and months to resolve. Managers don't care. It was an associate who didn't like what he saw and took care of the issue. Not sure of other Lowes but this one is lacking.

Zero Stars. The worst store experience each time i have been here. I waited for 45 mins to get help in appliances with 2 reminders/pages. Finally Sydney shows up and completely ignores me and worked with another customer. When I approached her; no apology or explanation except that i just had to wait. Rude, indifferent and smug. And no wonder - as when I went to the Appliance Manager to complain, he took up for her.

Great location. At most people are, I'm pretty loyal to stopping by any local Lowe's center for any and all of my project needs.
