This Lowes has the absolute best customer service. In the past 2 months I have been to lowes over 15 times - some of those trips involved getting large amounts of materials from the outdoor section (fence posts, pavers, mulch, dirt). There have been 3 gentlemen who have always volunteered to help me get the necessary materials and have loaded my car many times - these men are professional, helpful, kind and very eager to assist in any way they can. Unfortunately I am only able to recall 2 of their names but I’d like to send a big thank you to Vaughn and Marcus from the garden area (and I will update at a later date when I find out the name of the 3rd gentleman). Thank you so much Lowes for the wonderful customer service!

The only issue with this is the parking…it’s a very weird parking set up, super tight, not a lot of parking and difficult to get in and out of. Other than that, it’s your typical Lowes. Definitely not an easy place to “run in real fast”

Today I called Lowes for a refund on an appliance I bought over Memorial Day weekend. When I finally got someone named Sara she directed me to appliance department. When no one answered it came back to her so she directed back. It redirected me to her department. Now it’s not my fault that no one answers for that department. So she takes my info and does it herself. I give her my name and phone number. She looks it up and finds an appliance that I have bought since my kitchen is being remodel. Doesn’t ask me what order number or what appliance. Takes it upon herself to cancel it. Well when I told her the order number she says no. So I try to explain she did the wrong one but she HUNG up on me. I called back and no one answered for 10-15 minutes. They knew it was me calling and they thought I would give up. Finally, I kept getting transferred. By then I had talked to three people. The third person cancelled both appliances. So the fourth person said I had to reorder it! Then I had to get my contractor involved because the first appliance that was cancelled was bought by my contractor not me. Hours later my contractor finally got it straighten out with his Lowes person, which is not at that store. This store has no good customer service. I understand we are all understaff but there is no excuse for that behavior. I’m in the business of customer service and if I treated a customer like that I would not have a business. NO EXCUSES.

Bought a shower door. After attempting to call the store as instructed to get the quote for installation, I selected to have someone call me back due to long wait times. When someone did call me back, it was from a centralized call center who told me that they couldn’t help and I needed to call the store. So once I called the store back, the operator transferred me to the wrong department. The appliance department then transferred to somewhere else (assuming the right department.). After several rings, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up seemingly to not want to assist a customer. It looks like I’m going to have to drive to the store in person to get the installation quote and schedule the install. Huge waste of time and poor customer service. I really hope Lowes puts to good use their new Tech Hub in Southend to develop a better customer experience. This all can and should be handled online.

Yes Lowe's and every Home Improvement store does carry these make sure that you measure your length and height of the one that you have to match
I got a gallon of Sherwin Williams and it was between $30 & $40, don't remember the exact amount
I tried looking it up but couldn't find like an actual length size of 1 inch pipe. I did come across elbows & connectors & caps / covers , bit I could not find where it would say from 1 inch all the way up 6 feet of 1 inch pipe. Although if you call they probably will have something.
