I only had one interaction with the lady who answered my phone call and it was the worst calling experience of my life! The lady was so rude to me. I was only wondering where the WIC office was because I'm new to the area. She said "ma'am you need to call WIC!" And so I asked where there office was. And she said "MA'AM I HAVE NO IDEA." In the most 'I have no care for you or your life so get of my phone' attitude. I was speechless so I just hung up. I still don't know where the WIC office is! 😂

You have to go online & sign up for the heating/cooling programs there are alot of them
