For some reason James and his team feel ignoring family requests are how to care for patients and what's best for them. Several weeks waiting for follow up and documentation to be provided. Guess they only respond when reports made to the state and CMS.

Horrible place to place a family member, my uncle was there for three years and then once he and another patient there fell in love she got pregnant and would you like to know what did the facility do? they kicked them both out of the nursing home, they never notified any of the family members, and to top it off both patients were dropped off at a run down & roach infested apartment building in atlantic city nj and left there to live because the nursing home no longer wanted to care for them. The pregnant woman never received medical attention, neither one of them had food or clothes, If that's not bad enough, both patients have severe health conditions but they went without care, medication and supervision. Heart problems, dementia, seizures, etc. Imagine if this was one of your family members. And then when you try to reach out to the facility to get an explanation no one gets back to you. For months the nursing home collected their social security benefits as if they were still taking care of them.
