They are so welcoming and responsive when you're looking. Once you sign paperwork - nothing. She was very persuasive and a pushy salesperson to get me to sign the application and put down a deposit. I was assured if I change my mind, I'd get a refund. I cancelled within a few days. It's been almost four weeks, and they don't answer the phone, don't reply to voice mail, don't reply to emails, and the call center is no help either. I feel like I'll never see my money again. Shameful not only in poor customer service but in how they take advantage of seniors.

I live here for almost a year. The grounds are truly beautiful but the crime happening recently has put a severe damper on our l8v8ng experience

We've lived here 7 years and maintenance and office staff always prompt and friendly. Enjoy the special events. The grounds are well kept and pleasant for walks.

Overture Riverwalk, ( Active Senior Apartments ), is by far the epitome of quality housing which hosts upscale living, via, progressive design concepts and finish materials within all structures on campus, modern excercise weight facility, a wonderful game room perfect for geniune and harmless Glory Days Bantor and Bragging Rights until the next match of sorts, a large pool and spa area with plenty of surroundings for hanging out with fellow tenants, friends, and family. They even have large cabanas that you could place a California King sized bed in for the lovers in the..hey! hey! hey, if you catch my drift ~ So, what if the charge a little more than Joe's Oldies Lodge & Grille. You get what you pay for, here. Which is better than most of the facade housing senior complexes can say. Overture Senior Apartment Living always has some sort of event going on for the populous and the friends, there of..The Staff, here, gets Top Billing.! From the Management to the Marketing / Leasing Agent to the Physical Plant Technicians...they continue to impress whether it be a special request, a scheduled event, accompanied by, a variety of bubbly friendly smiles and personalities. Mt. Two Bits, the prestigious La Sierra University and Church Campuses, impeccable Local University Security, close proximity to the nostalgic Tyler Mall, grocery stores, fast food, automotive shops, parks galore, and freeway-close for the quick day trip our trek to a Metrolink station, or, airport, or, even the one and only California Coastline ...how could one go wrong... Oh yeah, you could opt for the regrettable destardly poor decision to select a different address to call home ( " if...I only had a brainnnnn " lol ). However, you didn't make it this far based off of sheer luck, right... That being said, my Siblings, and I, rest well knowing that our late father, David Jones ( a 7th-day Adventist Minister, Teacher at Coachella Elementary School, author, Best Dad, and an extraordinary guy to his contemporaries ), as well as, our lovely Mother, whom is an incumbent Tenant since 2013/14-ish, simply, adores this community and her view of the college and Mt. Two Bits ^. The fact that we are S.D.A.'s, our Grandparents, Aunt, Uncle, and 1st Cuusins lived, and one remaining 1st Cousin, along with his wife and kids still reside just up the road, as well as, family friends we've known from Detroit to Andrews University, sister & brother, both, graduated just across the street may impose a bias, yet, in no manner diminishes Overture Riverwalk's community, safety, and considerations they extend. If you are faced with the challenges of aging Parents and Loved Ones, then, you can rest, assured, that you made the right choice by choosing Overture Riverwalk ~
