Poor customer service, just got off the phone with them and I was cut off before I could ask about other things. The lady wasn't that nice either. I've been really excited to setup an appointment with them, but now I'll be going to another salon instead.

After a visit on the phone, Jessie suggested we come in for a free consultation so we could get a better idea for what my daughter would like to do with her hair. She left feeling empowered and pretty and excited for her new hair adventure.

JYL is amazing. If you want color in your hair THIS is the place to go. They do excellent work. I’ve also had Natalie and Rachel color my hair, they both did great work also. Affordable! I drive over from Portland because the quality of work and price is unbeatable. I get compliments on my hair daily :-).
