The Terrace at River Oaks is a very nice place to live! Randy and Dan are excellent managers. Everything functions as it's suppose to, the place is always clean, and when rarely there is a problem things are fixed promptly.

The staff are great. Kelsey was very helpful in getting my mom moved in. The people are Friendly the common space is amazing. If you are looking for a nice apartment with a good community and lots of Common area this should be a top pick. It really did exceed all of my family’s expectations.

I have been living at The Terrace at River Oaks for a year now and in fact I just renewed my lease for another year. I couldn't ask for more. The staff are so helpful and congenial as are the residents. It's like living in a 5 star hotel with all the amenities at one's disposal. There is always something exciting to look forward to as far as social events and gatherings in the tastefully decorated clubhouse/lobby that you can join in or not. The bulletin board always has listings of local events to look forward to. We have a courtyard supplied with BBQs for residents to use. Residents are always jolly and meet each other with smiles and a friendly greeting. I feel very safe here which was very important to me. The entire staff is always friendly and anxious to accommodate the residents needs. i couldn't be happier!

We have felt so comfortable at the terraces. Kelsey is always so helpful and easy to contact. The maintenance man (Bob) it's often seen in the building, and is friendly and competent. The staff also organizes events that bring the residents together both at the building and for community events. Feels like one big happy family..
