The worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. Trying to cancel my policy because I am moving out of state. They just ignore us. DO NOT do business here. Terrible. Been the same way the entire time. I’m not convinced Linda is even a real person.

My review is of this particular Agent. Linda is very elusive and her staff inst much better if at all. (There is one exception and that was an associate I worked with a several years past, he ended up opening his own branch and I highly recommend Aaron Starwalt. ) Anyways, just avoid the headaches of this branch. I was with them for over 10 years and was nothing more than just a number.

Update: It has been two months of trying to transfer offices from here. After no response from Linda Huff's office after repeated attempts, they told me the new office had to initiate it, which is opposite of what the new office said. When I connected them, Linda Huff's office said they were CLOSING DOWN AND DIDN'T CARE WHETHER THE TRANSFER WENT THROUGH. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Maybe that is why they should close, but as a decent human being, I would hope they would still help their customers get into other branches of State Farm. ________________________________________________________________________ Extremely unresponsive. I've contacted them twice (two different people) about why my payment was different than what they said it would be when I added a car, and also that they changed the date my direct deposit comes out. Nobody responded to me. The last time I had issues and didn't get a response, I was told they were going through personnel changes, so I let it slide. That was a couple of years ago. If they are going through "personnel changes" again, maybe they should think about how they manage their business and people, as well as treat their customers. I'm done with them. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience with excellent customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with an insurance agency. Nobody answers the phone during business hours, the voicemail messages are not returned. On average it would take 5 business days and at least 3 messages before a simple request like a address change could be handled. After dealing with this for close to 2 years, we are now switching companies. I have called 10 times and sent 2 emails in the last 2 weeks to cancel our policies, I requested an email confirmation. After calling corporate and filling a complaint, I received an email from the branch that my policy HAD been cancelled the first day I called. My policies are still ACTIVE on their website and I received another bill in the mail today. My next step will be to contact corporate AGAIN to beg them to please cancel our policy so we can be done with this place! If you are going to use State Farm please research your branch as this one has the worst possible customer service.
