Stephanie took fantastic care of me today while I was going through the drive through! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely taken care of and satisfied! She was also extremely knowledgeable when I was asking her 10000 questions! Definitely a great employee and asset to have on the Panera team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got the new flatbread pizza family meal deal. Pizza is pretty good. Cracker style crust on the edges. Salads are huge and the pizza was nice and lite with good flavor.

Very disappointed in this store. I was understanding that the inside area was closed, everywhere is short staffed right now and that makes sense. I was also understanding that there were no bread bowls available as the store had run out, I was pretty sure all the bread is made in house so I feel like there was possibly opportunity for them to have made more bread bowls but even then, everywhere is short staffed so I get that there may not have been anyone to make more. We then had to wait outside of the drive through for our food to be made as they were behind, again no big deal. After all this, I got home to find my flatbread was placed under my large soup container which was too much pressure for the flatbread box causing it stick to the lid entirely. When I peeled my flatbread off the box, none of the cheese or toppings were left on the middle of the flatbread. Short staffing is understandable and I normally wouldn’t complain but half of my sausage and pepperoni flatbread is just bread now, just wish I got what I paid for.

We love coming here for a quick bite to eat. Yes, it is a bit pricier than a lot of other places, but the food is always fresh and tastes pretty dang delicious. The flat breads are fantastic, the salads are huge and the toasted sandwiches are mouthwatering good. We're always more than happy to pay the extra money for quality food and speedy service.
