The lady who I'm assuming was the manager was trying her best when it was very busy. However, it was extremely unorganized and I waited an extra 45 mins for my pickup order even though I got a notification saying it was complete.

I scheduled/ordered an order ahead of time for 1 pizza and cheese sticks.. to be respectful! The lady who checked us out, absolutely RUDE! She basically threw our pizza and sauces at us and we will NEVER go back!

Gen. Purpose

Customer put in an order to have it delivered but the customer didn't want the food ready until after 7. The customer told them that but little Ceasars still had a delivery driver come by for pick up. This messed with the driver and he lost money because he went to pickup it up 2x. After the second time of being told the customer didn't want to food started until 7pm (1st time they told driver that it would be ready at 7pm) the driver got a hold of the customer and the customer got very angry with the driver saying that they will just pick it up themselves. This whole ordeal was the merchants fault, not only was the driver upset but so was the customer because the driver didn't understand why they would order a delivery but not want it until a later time. Both customer and merchant are at fault. People can't do their job properly and others are just rude.

Pizza was a mess & they got my order 100% wrong. I ordered a crazy calzony meal deal. When I got the notification to get my food I dialed in my code & pulled out my pizza. No bread sticks. I waited to let them know and checked my pizza while I waited which was just plain cheese. I let them know & they were gracious & fixed it, & threw in a free bag of crazy bread. When I got home and opened the pizza it looked less than desirable. To be understanding, they were pretty busy that night and it was an hour and a half before close but if their often that busy I doubt the quality gets much better than that. I've included a picture of the pizza (untouched)
