Fast and clean. Workers seem to be on top of everything. However not on top on seeing mold on the food they give out, sadly. Went up and showed that there was mold on the bun. And was discreet and kind about it. Had the burger switched out. Ordered a baked potato as well and didn't open it til got home. Which when I opened it I saw some mold on it as well. At first thought it was dried bacon grease and warmed it up. Nope it was mold. Ended up throwing it out and upset.

We just came through food was fast but reason I’m leaving a review is because victor at the window is the friendliness fast food worker I have come across in a long time. Amazing :)

Usually I have no issues with this location but... Placed a mobile order. Got it home to find missing food, no dipping sauces for the nuggets we did get, and not one but 2 hairs in my fries (one looked like white animal hair while the other was curly and blonde). Tried to call to speak with a manager but after over 20 minutes of trying, no one could bother to answer the phone. Spent over $60 for a bunch of mistakes and frankly inedible fries with a side of hair...

The whole order was an adventure. Ordered online and selected in store pickup. Got to the location and found a locked door. No note, no sign, no we're still open, online orders pickup through drive-thru, nothing. Called, to see if they were open and after it rang and rang and rang and rang some one finally answered told me yes the lobby is closed and sure come through the drive-thru. At this point she verified my order was checked in and told me they were working on it. Checked in again at the speaker as we went through the drive-thru (with two cars ahead of us), and when we got finally got to the window they tried handing us someone else's order and asking for payment for it. We then reiterated who we were and that we had an online order pickup. And then waited. Ams waited. And waited some more. Finally got our food, which was somewhat correct, but didn't include the correct dressing for 2 of the 3 salads. I know that places are understaffed and doing the best they can, but this was just too much.
