Absolutely wonderful. Every member of the staff is lovely, the units are solid and clean, and you know your unit is safe. For the area and added safety measures, they're reasonably priced. If I EVER need a storage unit in northern Kentucky again, I will undoubtedly go with Key Storage. I have literally no complaints.
