Amanda refused to cancel my storage unit 4 days after she refused to help me check into my storage unit. Went to a different location due to corporate unwilling to help me get access. Now 4 days later she still trying to process a refund 🙄Why does it need to be processed if I never had access to the unit due to unruly staff you can tell they hate their job.

Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.

Cubesmart offers vehicle and boat storage at other locations in town. Unfortunately it's not offered at their South Nellis location.
