We rented a space from best storage for our 21 foot boat for a little over 10 years. Clean, seemed pretty secure, gate we entered our code to get in always worked. While there were rental increases over the years, we checked around to other storage places, and Best storage was always reasonable even after an increase. Would highly recommend.

Yes! Most of our smaller sizes are located inside our air-cooled storage building, but many of our medium and larger units have the convenience of drive-up access.
Unfortunately we do not have any parking spaces available currently. All storage rentals are on a month to month basis with no long term commitment. But yes, you do sign a rental agreement.
We have state of the art security. 24 hour camera monitoring. Personalized security gate codes. Individual storage unit alarms. And our managers live onsite for an added layer of security!
Yes. You must secure your storage unit with a lock (if it's worth storing it's worth protecting). We do sell locks, or you can provide your own.... but a Pro Tip: you receive a FREE LOCK if you do a Yelp check-in at the time of rental...
No. Storage services are not taxed in Nevada. And we never charge a deposit! We do charge appropriate tax on merchandise like locks and boxes. There is a one-time $20 Admin Fee charged at the time of initial rental.
