Worst Wendys I’ve ever been to. Felt it might not be great driving in and it being very quiet. They messed up my order, didn’t give me what I ordered. Fries were old and gross. They didn’t have change when paying with cash and they couldn’t print the recipient properly… please work on this if you’d like people to want to go to your restaurant.

Employees on their phones. When we asked for a water cup because we couldn’t order it on the kiosk you’re forced to use we were told we’d have to pay for it. If I have to pay for it why isn’t it on the ordering machine you have to use? There’s no options for person to person ordering and no option for touchless ordering. No seating. No chocolate frosties. Wendy has disappointed me once again.

2nd time I ordered and paid for a double and get a single! Why that's all I want to know. I'm suggesting the workers get minimum wage until they EARN a better wage! Y'all are robbing your customers. I'm thinking the extra drive to Jack in the box is worth it.
