Normally, I enjoy Dutch bros. However, the drink I got today was unacceptable. When I pay 5 plus dollars for a coffee, I do not want it 2/3rds full. I want it all the way full. Because I ask for light ice, I don’t get a full large size coffee? This was a nitro cold brew white mocha. Complete and utter horrible customer service. I will not be going back or recommending Dutch Bros to anyone.

They stopped accepting cash, they no longer allow you to touch the tablets to pay, ask if you want to leave a tip, they no longer have physical stamp cards, its on a app with a scan code instead, they pass you your drinks in a stainless steel holder now & wear masks. Thats all I know as a customer.
