Very clean beautiful old deco theater that's let's you do private screening parties, right down from Rodeo drive on Wilshire.

We went there recently to watch a movie. The theater is really nice, but very old. Everything needs and upgrade, especially the wiring. The sound kept cutting out on the right side, and they kept stopping the movie and turning the lights on to "reboot the server", then the film would play and run into the same issue 15 minutes later. After the 4th or 5th time of this happening we left, and never got to see the ending of the movie. We were livid.

We had rented out the Ahrya for a private screening and I have to say, it was the most pleasant experience. The managers there were kind and communicative, and answered all my persistent questions. They really worked with us to ensure that our screening went according to plan, and even when there were bumps in the road on my end, they took them in stride and really did their best to help me make things work. They also made all of our guests feel really special and taken care of, and were really great at attending to our needs the night of the screening. If you're looking for a place to host your screening, look no further than the Ahrya - you won't find a more beautiful theater, or kinder employees. Also, they have killer concession food and a really great movie program, and I'm definitely going there on my own to catch some of the great movies they screen!

Beyond the Night Premiere @ Ahrya Fine Arts Laemmle Theater in Beverly Hills was an extraordinary event. Holly the manager of the theater was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly, from the stars on the red carpet to the open bar, lite bites, and the DJ who rocked the reception. Thanks Laemmle! You have a good team!

I don't know the area to well but if you are on Wilshire (where the theatre is) you can just drive to La Cienega, turn left and head to *restaurant row*. At least that's what the sign on the corner says. MDR. Hope you have a great time!
He has not called to let me know yet.. :'-)
