I’ve been here several times most are pretty memorable- one time i had to drink a TON of liquids for a test which took forever and the staff was so sweet and supportive about it even when it caused a “bathroom” accident. Then i had a late evening appointment and the building got evacuated for a false fire alarm and again everyone was so nice and had such positive energy about it till we could return safely. They are open pretty late (past 9pm) to accommodate schedules, facilities are clean, and staff is wonderful- couldn’t ask for a nicer place to go when you need diagnostic help and might be feeling extremely nervous- they are truly doing a wonderful job over there… now if only they had quieter MRI machines…

Wonderful, professional and very nice people. Especially Ralph, the technician who operated the MRI machine for me. The young lady who checked me in was very nice and professional. I didn’t get her name. There was another young lady who took me in to see the MRI machine, she too was very nice and professional and very patient answering all my questions. The bathroom in the reception area needs a little TLC. Other than that everything went very well. Thank you!!

I went for an MRI based on a referral from my doctor who has high regard for the radiologist. The intake went smoothly. The MRI exam itself also seemed to be done competently and professionally. Those are the important things However, I had to wait for 45 minutes in one of their gowns before my exam. No explanation until I found the station and complained (feeling less than dignified walking the hallway in the patient gown). I got out an hour late and had a child pickup that Is had to scramble to rearrange. Lesson learned:. Don't rely on their estimated completion time.

Considering that I was there to have a PET scan, which is not something anyone wants to do, I was really pleased with the professional, clean atmosphere of the main lobby. However, what was best was the staff. The nurse who helped me and the technician Jimmy were clearly caring and conscientious individuals who were not only skilled, but also patient and understanding. Jimmy went out of his way to make me feel safe and secure. He came to my aid at a moment’s notice when I needed something. That’s why I gave stars.

Do they provide parking for patients?
I didn't have to make an appointment for my son's X-ray. The hours are 9 to 5 on a walk in basis, but take your doctor's referral.
