Yes, we are open to working out short term payment plans with a deposit due after the first consultation. The deposit is typically half of the total amount of the retainer agreement. The remaining total is then split into payments.

Yes, that is perfectly fine, however, this person will be included in the retainer agreement as a "third party" and will be required to sign.

The first consultation (telephone or in-person) is free. Any other telephone calls and meetings will be charged at the hourly rate of $350-$375.00/hr.
