Oh, this is a tricky question. I know everyone wants to know a price before even calling us for an estimate, but it's a tough question to answer. It really depends on the kitchen manufacturer you choose, the layout, and if you will change appliances locations? If you do, we will have to do more than regular plumbing and electricity, is your electricity is up to code? If not, do you have enough space to add some breakers to the breaker box? If not, we will have to install a sub-panel. Do you want to install a new kitchen island? If so, is your house on a slab or raised foundation? If on a slab, is it a post-stress slab? Do you want RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets? These are usually made in China and come in boxes, and we assemble them at your place, or is it RTI (ready to install), usually American-made and comes ready for installation. So as you can see, there are many factors involved in a kitchen remodeling cost assessment, and if you don't want to have unpleasant surprises.

Hi, We comply with CA construction laws, so when we sign the contract with you, there is a down payment of 10% from the total contract cost or a max of $1000. It means that for every project above $10k, the max down payment allowed is $1000. Then, we break down the payments according to the job stages, and you pay after every stage is complete. Bear in mind that the payment stages don't always reflect what is happening at the job due to developing conditions while performing the job. It means that sometimes we will do stage 5, for example, before stage 3, so you will pay for stage 5 before stage 3. I hope I was clear.

Hello there, Yes, we have. Every project assigned a supervisor to handle our workers so you as the homeowner won't need to stress about it or manage the job. The supervisor will visit the job frequently (can't promise everyday though), you'll have the supervisor direct phone number so you can call her/him immediately if you have any concerns.
