Bought a phone case at this store only to return home and open the box discovering that it had been stolen and the box placed back on the shelf. I returned to the store the following evening and was waiting in line behind another gentleman when a lady cashier called another man next to me up to cash out although I was next in line. I was upset about this and the lady rudely stated "the line isn't there, it's over there. Get in line next time." I told the lady that she clearly saw me in line behind the other gentleman and she said that she was already helping him before I came in so my spot didn't matter. Then I stated my issue and wanted to do an exchange because I didn't get the product that I paid for. She told me she couldn't do anything for me, and that I was out of $40. Bestbuy this is absolutely shameful, this is how you treat your customers? I warn everyone that has even a shred of self respect to stay away from this location. They treat their customers like garbage.

I am extremely happy of being a customer of this amazing electronic store, I’ve been buying products from them since 2019 and I can tell everybody that Best Buy is one of the stores that has the best prices & the best products out of the market. I just recently bought a new dishwasher machine which in another stores will cost me a little bit more but when I went to Best Buy and I talk to one of their representatives, they were very excited to help me out to choose the right product for my place, this review it’s the least thing I can do for you guys for bringing always the best service at the best prices.

Honestly the worst customer service I have experienced at any company. I ordered a refrigerator and made it clear that my building only has 4 hour time slots available for the loading dock. Customer service assured me this wouldn't be a problem. I called back the day before delivery just to confirm that their schedule aligned with the 4 hour period, and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. The next day, they didn't show up. When I called customer service to see what happened, they said the driver called me and left when I didn't answer, but there was no record of his call (I even had them confirm my number). And even if he had, the time the agent said he arrived was over an hour after my loading dock reservation. I had to reschedule delivery THREE different times, each which had to be six days apart. I went without a fridge for over a month because of Best Buy's inability to schedule. When they finally did deliver a fridge, it arrived broken. Customer service suggested I speak to the store manager to try to get a sooner delivery date. I know customer service agents deal with a lot and I always try to be understanding, but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I explained our situation (our fridge broke and we've been waiting for weeks and have lost so much food), she kept repeating "I said we don't offer guarantees, you'll just have to keep rescheduling until it works out." When I expressed concern about the amount of time I've been without a fridge, she just shrugged. To whoever the SF appliances section manager was, you should find a job outside of customer service. It's hard to make me angry, but I have sworn to tell everyone I ever meet not to shop at Best Buy. Save yourself the trouble and go to Costco. They managed to get me the delivery first try, no issues. Avoid at all costs.

I have bought a few products here and all has been good so far. The only real downside to this store is when you decide to buy something nobody is there to help you, even if you ask around everyone is busy or doesn't seem to care you need assistance. Last time i walked around the store like 5 minutes just trying to get somebody to help me buy a smartwatch.

I do believe that those THINGS are considered toys or sporting goods. Not "electronics" devices or gadgets. It is very unlikely that you will find them in Best Buy. So the answer is "no" they do not have hover boards. Why don't you try one block south east @ Sports Basement on Bryant St.
